Track workout: Mini Michigan! 1 mile at 10k/2-3 min active recovery, 800M @ half marathon effort /1200 @ 10k effort/ 2-3 min rest with 800M at half marathon effort/ 800M @10k/ 2-3 min active recovery, 800M @ half marathon effort/ 2-3 min active recovery, 800M @ half marathon effort / all out 400, all you have left! This is about 4.5-5 miles of work, can be adjusted to shorter efforts between 10k repeats. Confused? don’t worry, we will guide you through!
