Dr. Carbiener received her undergrad degree in Exercise Science and focused on strength and conditioning in all of her early jobs while also pursuing her own athletic endeavors. She is able to create a structured workout for elite level athletes to those just looking to improve their general fitness. With her physical therapy background she is an expert on picking up on faulty movement patterns or knows when to add specific exercises to prevent injury. She is able to offer services for the “aging” athlete, those at their peak or even youth athletes.
