Meet at Runners Roost Golden we will head over to East Street. We are running time based intervals of 2 min on/2 min off. Your goal is between half marathon to 5k pace. Recovery is any pace you choose! If you go easier on the rest, aim for faster reps. For more 10k/half, aim for more of a moderate rest effort. The goal is 10 reps, but you are welcome to do as many as you would like! All abilities are welcome.
