Meet at Runners Roost Golden and we will run over to the Golden HS track. We are running both track and road! You will run a mile at threshold pace, then head to the hill next to the track and run 4x 30s hills. Head back to the track, run a 1200 at or below threshold, repeat 4x 30s hills, then an 800 below threshold, 4x 30s hills, then finish with a harder 400! The modified version can be decreasing the distance of intervals on the track or starting the workout at 1200 instead of the mile.
You can modify or change or do whatever you would like! Anyone is welcome and is welcome to join for as much or as little as they would like. Need accountability partners and smiling faces to greet you in the morning for a run? This is the group for you!
