Track Day

Meet at Runners Roost Golden. Track workout: If conditions allow we will be at the HS track. For our experienced crew: 4x800 at Half Marathon pace, 5 min jog, then 4x400 10k effort and faster. For our runners new to speedwork, 2x800 and 2x400M. Trying to be faster in the later reps will be your goal!
