Track Day

Meet at Runners Roost Golden and we will run over to the Golden HS track. The workout is threshold to half paced 400s with a minute rest. Goal is between 6-12 reps with a 5 min jog half way. For our beginners, 4-5 reps. All abilities welcome! If you just want to join for the warm-up and have your own workout planned, that is okay too!
