This is our special Bolder Boulder Training event with Runners Roost Golden!
Meet at Runners Roost Golden. As conditions allow we will plan to do longer repeats on the hill from the HS up to the Taco Bell. This will be a moderate effort up, embracing the slow grind of the climb. 5-8 reps. Beginners 3-4 reps. We will finish with a few 20sec strides uphill at the end. Bolder Boulder has some fun hills in it so this will be great to practice!
