Meet at Runners Roost Golden and we will run over to the Golden HS track if conditions allow. We will be running a ladder. 1 mile, 800, 400 then back up, 400, 800, 1 mile. Beginner version will be a 1200, 800, 400 or 800, 600, 400. All abilities welcome!
